Powerful and weather-resistant filament
ASA-CF08 is designed for functional parts that are exposed to sunlight, weather elements, and mechanical stress for long periods. Due to the addition of 8% carbon fiber, the material is extra stiff and dimensionally stable, while the ASA base ensures excellent UV and tear resistance. This makes it the perfect choice for outdoor use and technically demanding applications.
High heat resistance & strong performance
This filament remains stable at high temperatures and can withstand heat up to approximately 103 °C. The combination of stiffness, strength, and impact resistance results in durable, robust prints suitable for true functional use.
Print-friendly with the right settings
ASA-CF08 performs optimally at a nozzle temperature of 260–280 °C and a bed temperature of 90–100 °C. Printing in an enclosed chamber is recommended for the best layer adhesion and stability.
Because carbon fiber is abrasive, you should always use a hardened nozzle to prevent wear.
