Fiber Adhesion Technology

Fiber Adhesion technology significantly improves Z-axis strength by manipulating the surface chemistry of the fibers to achieve a strong fiber/matrix bond. Unlike conventional fiber-reinforced filaments, which have a significant reduction in Z-axis strength, PolyMide PA12-CF offers higher interlayer adhesion compared to non-reinforced PA12.

Warp-Free Technology

Warp-free technology enables the production of Polymaker nylon filaments that can be printed with excellent dimensional stability and near-zero warpage. This is achieved by refining the microstructure and crystallization behavior of nylon, allowing the material to fully release internal stress before it solidifies.
